涂装电镀纯水设备(bei)传统(tong)(tong)的(de)制备(bei)工艺(yi)(yi)通常(chang)是采用(yong)离子(zi)交(jiao)换(huan)(huan)树脂(zhi)(zhi)进(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)制取,但采用(yong)离子(zi)交(jiao)换(huan)(huan)树脂(zhi)(zhi)通常(chang)需要经(jing)常(chang)性的(de)进(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)树脂(zhi)(zhi)再生,即耗费物力又(you)浪费人(ren)工。我们公司(si)经(jing)过多(duo)年实践,同时结合新的(de)膜(mo)分(fen)离技术,采用(yong)低压反渗透加(jia)离子(zi)交(jiao)换(huan)(huan)系(xi)统(tong)(tong)(或EDI)相(xiang)结合用(yong)来制备(bei)电镀超纯水,该工艺(yi)(yi)与传统(tong)(tong)工艺(yi)(yi)相(xiang)比具有运行(xing)(xing)(xing)成(cheng)本低,运行(xing)(xing)(xing)可靠。
