SLW-A/O/F一体(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)处(chu)理(li)设备主(zhu)要包括的(de)处(chu)理(li)单(dan)元有(you):水(shui)(shui)解(jie)酸化(hua)(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(A池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi))、接触(chu)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(O池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi))、斜(xie)(xie)管(guan)(guan)沉(chen)(chen)淀池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)和(he)中(zhong)(zhong)间(jian)水(shui)(shui)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)以及(ji)石英(ying)砂(sha)活(huo)性炭(tan)过(guo)(guo)(guo)滤(lv)罐(guan)。其中(zhong)(zhong)A池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)和(he)O池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)是(shi)生(sheng)化(hua)(hua)反应(ying)的(de)主(zhu)要场所,其内布满组合填(tian)(tian)料,附着在(zai)填(tian)(tian)料上的(de)微(wei)生(sheng)物形成生(sheng)物膜,分别发生(sheng)缺氧(yang)和(he)好(hao)氧(yang)反应(ying),降(jiang)解(jie)污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)有(you)机(ji)污(wu)(wu)染物。斜(xie)(xie)管(guan)(guan)沉(chen)(chen)淀池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)内安(an)装斜(xie)(xie)管(guan)(guan)填(tian)(tian)料,经过(guo)(guo)(guo)O池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)处(chu)理(li)后(hou)(hou)的(de)污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)通(tong)过(guo)(guo)(guo)斜(xie)(xie)管(guan)(guan)沉(chen)(chen)淀池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)进(jin)行(xing)泥(ni)水(shui)(shui)分离,清水(shui)(shui)上升通(tong)过(guo)(guo)(guo)溢流(liu)堰后(hou)(hou)进(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)间(jian)水(shui)(shui)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)下沉(chen)(chen)在(zai)沉(chen)(chen)淀池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)底部(bu)聚集,之后(hou)(hou)通(tong)过(guo)(guo)(guo)污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)泵回流(liu)或外排处(chu)理(li)。清水(shui)(shui)进(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)间(jian)水(shui)(shui)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)缓存后(hou)(hou),通(tong)过(guo)(guo)(guo)泵输送至石英(ying)砂(sha)和(he)活(huo)性炭(tan)过(guo)(guo)(guo)滤(lv)罐(guan)进(jin)行(xing)过(guo)(guo)(guo)滤(lv)处(chu)理(li)。英(ying)砂(sha)过(guo)(guo)(guo)滤(lv)器(qi)是(shi)利用石英(ying)沙作为过(guo)(guo)(guo)滤(lv)介(jie)质(zhi),在(zai)一定的(de)压力下,把浊(zhuo)(zhuo)度(du)较高(gao)的(de)水(shui)(shui)通(tong)过(guo)(guo)(guo)一定厚(hou)度(du)的(de)粒(li)状或非粒(li)的(de)石英(ying)砂(sha)过(guo)(guo)(guo)滤(lv),有(you)效(xiao)的(de)截留除去水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)悬浮物、有(you)机(ji)物、胶质(zhi)颗粒(li), 终达到降(jiang)低水(shui)(shui)浊(zhuo)(zhuo)度(du)、净化(hua)(hua)水(shui)(shui)质(zhi)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)一种(zhong)高(gao)效(xiao)过(guo)(guo)(guo)滤(lv)设备。活(huo)性炭(tan)过(guo)(guo)(guo)滤(lv)器(qi),一种(zhong)罐(guan)体(ti)(ti)的(de)过(guo)(guo)(guo)滤(lv)器(qi)械(xie),外壳一般为不锈钢或者玻璃(li)钢,内部(bu)填(tian)(tian)充活(huo)性炭(tan),用来过(guo)(guo)(guo)滤(lv)水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)游离物、微(wei)生(sheng)物、部(bu)分重(zhong)金属离子、除异味(wei),并能有(you)效(xiao)降(jiang)低水(shui)(shui)的(de)色(se)度(du)。对水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)异味(wei)、胶体(ti)(ti)及(ji)色(se)素(su)、重(zhong)金属离子等有(you)较明显的(de)吸(xi)附去除作用,还(hai)具有(you)降(jiang)低COD的(de)作用。
